Ruairi Guckian from GHR Consulting will be with us on the 19th of April for this workshop on The Right to Disconnect.

The essential elements of any procedure for dealing with grievance and disciplinary issues are that they be rational and fair, that the basis for disciplinary action is clear, that the range of penalties that can be imposed is well defined and that an internal appeal mechanism is available.

Ruairi is a highly experienced and qualified HR professional, with both national and international experience. Prior to setting up GHR Consulting, Ruairi worked in senior HR management roles in London and in Galway. Existing clients come from a variety of industries including Hospitality, Retail, Services, etc.

 

Ruairi is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified and has a B.Comm from NUIG, a Masters in Corporate Strategy and People Management & Development from NUIG, and a Post Grad in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
