We are delighted to bring you the Emerging Leaders Programme facilitated by our trainers Leap. This programme will provide you with the opportunity to explore best practices in managing people.

Our aim is growth, your personal and professional growth – inspiring you to learn, lead and innovate.

We have designed a programme that offers you a mix of:

• Highly engaging modules ensuring you not only learn the theory but determine ways to apply the skills to your situation

• Peer learning through exercises and simulations so that you can support each other and, in the process, hone your skills further

• Coaching support through the active use of Partners: each participant will be assigned a Partner to assist you in the application of learning

This program is designed to support you as you work to develop and enhance your leadership and management capability. This is an on-going process so let the journey begin!

This training course will begin with an introduction on the 15th of April. The course will run 3 sessions per week for 90 mins per session and run every second week. Timeline below:

Module 1: Understanding Management
