The aim of this course is to help any business owners or staff working in sales, client services or account management gain a greater understanding of the importance of putting the customer at the heart of the business and proactively developing and nurturing the relationship, eapecially in times of crisis. Participants will learn the skills to help them become more efficient in their ability to reach out to customers to enhance relationships, build loyalty, develop the long term pipeline and ultimately generate sales using the telephone.
